About Me

I am more than an advocate—I'm a fighter for those who have experienced trauma, like me..
As a former FBI agent and detective, I've spent years working in high-stakes environments, witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by individuals like you.
Now, I'm using that expertise to ensure no one has to go through it alone.
I didn’t begin my career first—I began with my own story. Some of the pain I experienced came from choices I made, while other parts were beyond my control. I understand trauma not just from what I’ve studied, but from what I’ve lived.
That's why my approach is grounded in empathy, strength, and practical solutions that make a meaningful difference.

I've Been There
Why Work With Me?
You've endured pain that no one should ever experience, and it's left you feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, and maybe even afraid. Let me tell you this: I've been there. I know what it's like to face trials, tribulations, and trauma that feel impossible to overcome. But I also know this: you're stronger than you think and you don't have to do this alone.

I'm here to walk with you, side by side, as you take steps toward safety, healing, and reclaiming your life. Together, we will navigate the challenges ahead, discover your inner strength, and build a future where you can thrive—not just survive.
"You are more than your past. You are a warrior, and your journey to empowerment begins now."

Healing
Why "Warriors™"?
The term "warrior" represents a mindset shift. While "warrior" acknowledges enduring hardship, "warrior" goes further—it celebrates resilience, courage, and the decision to fight for healing and transformation actively. A warrior doesn't just endure; they reclaim their narrative, find their power, and actively work toward a future of strength and fulfillment.
A warrior:
-
Faces challenges head-on, even when the path is uncertain.
-
Refuses to let past trauma define their future.
-
Takes proactive steps to rebuild and reclaim what was lost.
Using the term "warrior," Gigi empowers her clients to see themselves as strong, capable, and ready to overcome their challenges, regardless of their journey.

What Does Reclaiming Strength Look Like?

Reclaiming strength isn't about pretending the pain never happened; it's about rising from it. It's about finding your footing, little by little, and rebuilding what trauma tried to take away. Strength doesn't come all at once and doesn't have to. Gigi helps survivors take it one step at a time, celebrating every victory.
Reclaiming strength looks different for everyone, but it often means:
-
Emotional Strength – Finding peace and managing emotions without overwhelm.
-
Physical Strength – Creating a safe space through rest, movement, and self-care.
-
Mental Strength – Embracing confidence and seeing beyond past struggles.
-
Spiritual Strength – Rediscovering hope and believing that your pain does not define you.
-
Practical Strength – Learning to navigate legal, financial, and social systems confidently.

Our daughter, Veronica, went missing in 1998 after separating from her husband in the Atlanta area. The authorities handling her case weren’t providing any information, and it felt like nothing was being done. Then, Investigator Brown reached out, and everything changed.
Through her, we learned our son-in-law had possibly murdered his first wife and a girlfriend before Veronica. Investigator Brown had also opened an aggravated stalking case involving him and another girlfriend. Veronica’s body was found in 2000, and our son-in-law is now serving a life sentence for her murder.
Thanks to Investigator Brown’s hard work, justice was served for Veronica, our family, and the other families. We will forever be grateful.

Gigi was retained by our law firm as an investigator in a complex multi-year mass tort case involving child abuse victims. Her task was to locate and interview clients, many of whom struggled with homelessness, indigence, and substance abuse.
Gigi’s investigative skills were essential in tracking down missing clients and conducting interviews, often years or decades after the abuse. Despite the emotional difficulty of the subject matter, Gigi handled each interview with patience, empathy, and professionalism, earning our clients’ trust.
Many clients, who had never shared their stories before, opened up to her. Her detailed reports were crucial to the legal team’s work, and we highly recommend her.
